Workshop program:
- A welcome glass of real champagne;
- A short introduction to pearls and a few fascinating details about them;
- A creative session during which each participant makes an individual piece of jewelry.
The workshop lasts about 3 hours.

The original piece created with my guidance belongs to the participant. Workshops take place once a month or every other month, and the date is arranged individually in advance with each customer.
The workshop ticket or gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Cancellation policy:
If you purchase a ticket for a specific date, or accept an invitation to attend, and your plans change, you may reschedule once by notifying us at least seven days before the event. If you notify us less than seven days before the event or do not attend, 50% of the ticket price will be charged to join another date.

Rules
1. General Provisions
1.1. A general gift card (hereinafter, the Gift Card) is a prepaid instrument that may be used to pay for goods in the www.gintauteval.lt online store and physical store.
1.2. A pearl jewelry workshop gift card (hereinafter, the Workshop Gift Card) entitles the holder to attend a Gintaute Val pearl jewelry workshop under the terms stated for the specific gift card and workshop.
1.3. By purchasing a Gift Card or Workshop Gift Card, the buyer confirms that they have read these terms and agree to comply with them.
2. Validity
2.1. A Gift Card used to pay for goods is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
2.2. A Workshop Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
2.3. Once the applicable validity period expires, the Gift Card or Workshop Gift Card is automatically blocked, and any unused balance is not refunded or otherwise compensated.
3. Terms of Use
3.1. The Gift Card may be used only once.
3.2. If the total value of the selected goods exceeds the value of the Gift Card, the buyer must pay the difference by bank transfer or another payment method offered by the seller.
3.3. If the value of the selected goods is lower than the value of the Gift Card, the remaining balance is not refunded.
3.4. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
3.5. Other discounts or discount codes do not apply when paying with a Gift Card.
4. Returns and Split Payments
4.1. If goods are paid for using a combination of a Gift Card and additional funds, and all or part of the goods are later returned, the refund amount is calculated based on the price of the returned item.
4.2. In this case, refunds are made in the following order:
first, the portion paid with the Gift Card is restored by issuing a new gift card or discount code for the same amount;
any remaining refund amount is returned in funds using the same payment method used for the additional payment.
4.3. A Gift Card or any portion of it cannot be exchanged for cash, except where the Seller, at its discretion, makes an exception to resolve a dispute or as an act of goodwill.
4.4. The Seller reserves the right to assess each non-standard return individually in order to reach a fair and proportionate solution.
5. Right of Withdrawal
5.1. When purchasing a Gift Card remotely, the buyer agrees that the Gift Card is considered a prepaid instrument and is therefore not subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal provided for in Article 6.228¹⁰ of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
5.2. A Gift Card cannot be returned, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
6. Loss and Damage
6.1. A lost, stolen, or otherwise misplaced Gift Card is not compensated.
6.2. If a Gift Card is damaged—more than half of it is stained, information is missing or illegible, or the number or expiration date is not visible—it will not be accepted or replaced.
7. Proof of Payment
7.1. The buyer is provided with proof of payment.
8. Liability
8.1. Forging, copying, reproducing, unlawfully acquiring, or unlawfully using Gift Cards is strictly prohibited.
8.2. Persons who use Gift Cards unlawfully may be subject to civil, administrative, or criminal liability under applicable law.
9. Final Provisions
9.1. The Seller reserves the right to amend the Gift Card terms of use by publishing notice in the online store.
9.2. New rules apply only to Gift Cards purchased after the new rules have been published.
