Return Policy

I want You to feel satisfied!

You can use the 14-day return option. If you are unhappy with your purchase, it arrived damaged or you chose the wrong item, directly return the unused item with the box and any accessories or gifts that came with your purchase. I will be happy to refund your money. 

However, your right of withdrawal only applies to goods that You are returning in the same condition as when you received them. If You have used jewelry at least once or the delivered products no longer correspond to their original condition - I do not return the money. 

Shipping and return costs are the Customer's responsibility and are not refundable. Only fully returned and unworn jewelry is acceptable for return.

5 STEP RETURN POLICY

1.  Before returning the item(s), please send us your order number, the name of the jewelry, and the reason for the return.
2. Upon agreement with the Product supplier regarding the return - the Product supplier will specify the preferred return address and method.
3. The creator of the jewelry confirms receipt of the returned order and whether it is in the same condition as when sent to the recipient.
4. In the absence of inconsistency in the quality, quantity, and other characteristics of the jewelry - the supplier returns the amount paid for the product.
5. Please note that it may take up to 30 calendar days for the refund.

Important: After purchasing an item from other retailers, please contact the retailer from whom you purchased the item for an exchange or return.
