When a team meets through creativity
An informal atmosphere, a slower rhythm and a creative process allow the team to spend time together in a different way. During the workshop, participants discover pearls, immerse themselves in jewelry making and leave not only with a piece created by their own hands, but also with a shared experience that stays with them after the event.
Creativity that involves everyone
No previous skills or creative experience are needed for the pearl jewelry workshop – each participant can join in at their own pace. For some, it becomes a calm moment to focus on the details; for others, it is a chance to connect, exchange ideas and discover a new shared activity with the team. Throughout the process, I help participants choose materials, combine shapes, colors and details, so that every finished piece feels personal and true.
How the workshop works
We begin the workshop with a short but interesting introduction to pearls – how they are formed, what types exist, what makes their history special and how to tell a real pearl from an imitation. Then we move on to the creative part. Participants choose pearls and details, create their own jewelry piece, and I stay by their side throughout the process: answering questions, giving advice and making sure the creative flow feels clear, smooth and enjoyable.
An experience tailored to your team
The workshop can take place at Gintaute Val Studio in Užupis, Vilnius, or at a location of your choice – your office, an event space or another venue. The format is adapted to your team size, event purpose, timing and desired atmosphere. It can be a cozy team afternoon, part of a company celebration, a client event or a non-traditional team building format where creativity becomes the heart of the shared experience.
